Bunge - Food and Ingredients (FI) track?

Have an upcoming interview for Bunge's programme, however they are only recruiting for the food and ingredients (FI) track this year. Looking to get some idea on the differences between a role in this business segment vs agribusiness, where the bulk of the revenue is being generated. Not sure about the agribusiness track, but rotations for the FI track are in operations, commercial and cust service (which is something I'm not too sure about) Would the skills gained be similar, and would it be possible to move into trading further down the road?
