Burger King Corporation - Management Trainee Program Corporate Focus

Anyone have any information about this program when it comes to salary after the program or bonuses during the program? Any information would be helpful. Looking for people who are actually in the program or who have been through it before.

I can't imagine it being over 45k for base and bonuses are probably not significant. I always thought about jobs like this and conversations I would have with friends. Just imagine if you are senior executive with the company and someone asks you where you work. You basically respond "Burger King". Even though execs are pulling in a decent six figures, it still sucks they have to explain themselves regarding their job.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Although it sounds kinda bad, I definitely agree. I met a guy who was the father of someone I knew in college, and in chatting about work mentioned he worked at 7-11. Although an exec there in charge of expansion/franchising etc who was clearly pulling in decent $$$, I thought a little bit less of it because of the name (which is why it's a little bad).

It would be really helpful if someone could comment on their management trainee program. In terms of how it is perceived on the resume, is the position good enough? How about the exit options?

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.
