Business School Programs for Junior Summer

I was hoping someone in the finance industry could give me some advice. From what I've read on here and heard from a lot of my friends who have graduated, your Junior year summer is pretty important internship wise. I have the opportunity to possibly do a summer program at a top 10 business school, but that would take a month out of my summer and wonder what some of the industry professionals think? Would you think something like this would help or hinder me? As a bit of background, I am looking to go into IB or AM after graduation and don't come from a target school. Thank you.
