CAIA Debate

Considering taking the CAIA level 1, and have been debating if it’s worth allocating hours to complete. Pros being that it’s alternatives focused, fairly high pass rates at around 53% (higher for level 2), and the charter is roughly 17 years old and can be perceived as being ahead of the curve. Cons being that it’s alternatives focused and therefore niche, has fairly high pass rates and can be seen as easier than a comparable CFA, and is only 17 years old and does not have enough of a serious weight in the business world.
