Calling All Intellectual Titans of Finance & Tech Nerds...

Who knows about fund tokenization with respect to both theory, (high level) technical underpinnings and practical implementations to date?

Not saying this would / should facilitate access to non-accredited investors like the public markets, but instead simply broaden opportunities for exposure and liquidity.

This could be very interesting for private equity in a number of ways... Or it could be hyped BS that betrays a lack of understanding of the reality of LP desires / constraints, regulations, etc... What do you think?

Either way, it is a cool and thought-provoking topic for an industry that sees relatively little true change.

How did you go about getting smart on the topic?
