Can someone please help me learn how to do a simple valuation.
I'm super stressed because I need to come up with a story on if it does or does not make sense for this larger bank to acquire the smaller one...
I don't need anything complex or even super time-consuming. I just need to know what assumptions to make & why we are making them? I'm willing to pay if someone can help
