Can I apply for Full-time Recruiting Analyst positions this fall if I'm out of school?
I'm one year out of school, I had always wanted to work in banking, but because of the bloodbath of '08, I took a consulting job as soon as I got an offer. However, I'm still finding I'd rather work in banking, so can I still apply to these positions via online apps (I've got only a few connections), and do I stand a chance assuming all other areas (UG, gpa, etc.) are pretty qualified?
nothing stopping you, same way there's nothing stopping me from applying to for an MD job, likelihood of you getting an interview without connections is slim.
