Can I get an IB associate position with only 2 yrs work experience before b-school?

Hi all, I just recently graduated from undergrad. I'm now working at a BB as an analyst in a risk management/compliance rotational program. I was also recently admitted to a top-15 MBA deferred admissions program that recruits heavily for IB. I have the option of attending the MBA program after 2 to 4 years. Do you all think I stand a chance at getting recruited for an IB summer associate position with only 2 years of work experience or is it better to wait longer? Ideally, I'd like to attend the MBA program in 2 years and recruit for an IB summer associate position since I'm already admitted, but only if it's possible.

Your background would be pretty solid for IB after 3 years. 2 is pushing it. I'm in consulting, but similar perspective on 2 year candidates. While you can get in with 2 years, and there are no strict rules per firm, we tend to push folks with only 2 years of experience towards the no pile unless they really catch our attention.

It's frankly really hard to stand out vs the resumes of more experienced candidates. You might have one or no promotions under your belt after only 2 years where somebody else might have done a full consulting or IB rotation then progressed through multiple other roles. It's hard to justify paying what we do to somebody that is that close to being out of undergrad.
