Can I Get Some Advice On Undergrad Transfer(Repost For Traction)?

Side Note; I reposted this under the ib forum because I know a lot of really smart and well-versed people frequent this forum and I've read a lot of good advice about college apps and the whole process to target schools and career prospects as a whole. Sorry and I can remove if this is an inappropriate post to make for this forum section.

Hi everyone! I'm a freshman at NYU Stern looking to transfer to other schools such as Duke, Brown. Dartmouth, and UChicago to name a couple. I know this isn't a college forum but my plan is to major in econ/stats and go the finance route and people here are super knowledgeable about top tier colleges and the whole process so I just wanted to ask and see what everyone thinks about my chances. I have a 1580 sat and I got a 3.76 unweighted gpa in highschool taking 10 AP classes and calculus 3. I got a 3.9 my first semester at Stern but I did take a W in my intro to computer science class because I was taking 18 credits which got really stressful and I had a lot of other things going on at the time which made it difficult to focus on school. Does anyone know how my chances are at these type of schools? Is it even worth applying with a w? Thanks for any and all help.

Transfer programs are always ultra-selective but since you go to a peer program you could have a chance if you keep getting good grades. Either way it's going to be an up hill battle
