Can you leverage a superday with one bank to get pushed up at another?
Have a diversity day coming up that includes a super day at a BB. I was wondering if I could email one of the EB's I'm in the process with letting them know of the day coming up.
Is this acceptable? I don't want to come off as rude or cocky or pushy, I just want to let them know. Maybe they could speed things up to interview me first? (or give me confirmation of a superday with them at a future date)
Until you have an offer in hand, you have nothing to leverage
You can't really leverage anything at the point, the best you can do is ring your connections to get an 'update' on where they are in their recruiting process as other firms are further.
They should let you know when they will start having superdays. And if they are running superdays should invite you.
