Jordan Peterson had this to say:
“Compelled speech has come to Canada,” stated Peterson. “We will seriously regret this.”

“[Ideologues are] using unsuspecting and sometimes complicit members of the so-called transgender community to push their ideological vanguard forward,” said the professor to the Senate in May.

Shit is wild.. it doesn't even make sense. We operate on a language that allows us to communicate what we mean and feel. If we start making up words and changing the meaning of words to suit our own personally subjective goals, how will we have a neutral ground that carries the messages we want to communicate? There will be an endless muck of unfiltered, dirty, murky middle ground, where the only clarity will be stuck in the person's mind and body where the words originated.

I swear this is old news, I'm from Canada and I remember this happening. They're were even professors from UofT that opposed this. Of course people tried to silence them..but the fact this passed is sad.

Just an Undergrad trying to get a job. Something you disagree or dislike about my posts? Let me know by PM'ing me or commenting constructive criticism.
