Canadian Non-Target IBanking No Experience FIRST DRAFT KILL IT !

Hello WSO!

Long-time reader, first time poster.

I am currently a Canadian student at one of the top business schools in Canada, but is a non-target for the sell-side of the street.

I have chosen to put education at the bottom and added a 'highlights' section at the top of my resume. I was told that this was an effective way to grab the attention of the resume reader by the HR department of a respectable bank - as they will simply be skimming your resume and not reading through in detail.

PLEASE RIP IT APART THIS IS MY FIRST DRAFT!

Thanks so much in advance for all your expertise!
