Just saw capital group's new opening of its CAP program 2022, wondering if someone can shed some light on this? How's the compensation and overall structure? In JD it says this is a rotational program, does it mean associates will relocate to a new office every year?Have seen a few posts on Capital Group, but not much info on this program. So would appreciate any feedback regarding this CAP program!
