Capital One Finance Rotation Program
I am considering an offer from Capital One to join their finance rotation program (FRP). I've done several searches to get a thorough understanding on all the things the program has to offer. I still have a few questions and I am hoping you all can provide some answers!
1) What are the exit ops like?
2) What's the reputation of the associates that are in the program (within and outside the company)?
3) For those that work at Capital One, what are the major differences (opportunities, culture, etc.) between working in McLean or Richmond? Location is not specified until later in the process, after an offer has been accepted. So you could be placed in either location for both years in the program, or rotated after your first year.
3.5) Is there an opportunity to switch locations after your first role if the location wasn't your first choice? What does that process look like?
4) Seems like there is a huge pay gap between the FRP associates and recent-grad business analysts (BA's being paid higher), what gives?
That's all I've thought of for now. Thank you for your time!
