if you saw the info on handshake, I'm guessing you go to Harvard, Princeton, Georgetown, Duke? I think those are the schools that Cap1 strategy recruits from, but I could be wrong. Based on my WSO research and googling, Cap1 strategy is elite. They send very strong numbers to top MBA programs and there are very strong exits. Capital 1 WLB is fantastic as well (based on my friends who are BA interns). Can't really speak to pay. Overall great program, but very tough to get. Hope that helps

What exits have you seen for the program? Similar situation as OP.

Pay is great starting out (Glassdoor and other sources say ~95k base).

WLB is great too.

Exits are typically moving up the ladder at cap 1, getting an MBA, or other corporate jobs.

The key difference is that at cap 1 the salary progression is not nearly as fast as MBB. I work at MBB and my salary can double in 3 years and double again 3 years after that. Corporate jobs will almost never be able to match that progression. Also, exits not as broad (no PE exits unlike MBB).
