Career advice | deals vs FPnA

Hi there,

I am a 3rd year consultant in big4 deal advisory in Central Asia. Now I have an opportunity to get an FPnA analyst role in a large private manufacturing company. The thing holding me in deal advisory is large privatization programs being planned by the government.

What do you think is it worth to wait and participate in those privatization deals to get experience or it is just one-off and cannot be used after?
