Career decision? Small VC Firm offer to get into business school? Possible exit opportunities?

Hi,

I am 24, recent graduate of Industrial Engineering from a top university in Mexico. I worked for a multinational conglomerate in operations as an intern for 2 years and then decided to pursue a career in finance (IB, PE, VC), so I took a job in a big 4 firm in its consulting wing because I thought it was an obvious step and could open opportunities for me in finance pre or post business school. I have been in my current position 3 months. I currently have an offer from a small and new VC firm which I think is a good opportunity to crack into the industry, but I do have some concerns.
I am pretty exited about the opportunity even though there is some risk involved in the decision like the fact that it is a new and small firm and VC is not a big industry in Mexico.
The main reason I am considering the position is because I would like to have my own VC or PE firm in the future and I think that since this VC is quite small I will be able to learn everything needed to run a VC in the future.
Also the fund managers are proven entrepreneurs with a solid track record but they are not your usual former IB, PE guys.

I would like to read your thoughts about my main concerns:

1.- Would a job in a small and new VC firm limit my chances for getting into a good MBA (US or Europe)?

2.- What could be the possible exit opportunities from VC with or without MBA? PE, IB, bigger VC, industry?
