Career Suggestion

Hey guys,

I know it's a difficult time for everyone but I need some veteran suggestions for my career.

Background:

  • Education: undergrad, 3rd year out of 4 in a European University (not in London) not elite but still valuable.

  • SA 2019 at an EB not in London, they do not give SA, FT offers only to Off-cycle, super positive feedback from analyst, associates and VP

  • SA 2018 at a MM Private Equity shop not in London

  • SA 2017 at an Early-stage VC

Since September 2019 I was grinding like crazy to get a SA this year either in PE or IB, but ended up no-where (200+ cold email, networking with head of Europe of IB and PE) .....

My dream and motivation are slowly fading and this is killing me inside... I am thinking there is something wrong about me.....

My goals would be to work in IB/PE in NYC (not possible because I don't have a visa and none would sponsor it), London, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul but I think that I am going to be just an unemployed bastard after undergrad... I have no intention to do a master and I have no money for that (I and my family can't afford it since we have to pay for my younger brother college), I JUST want to work and be a slave.

This summer I won't be able to work anywhere since NONE gave me offers, and I am short in money...

From, jan-2021 I am going to be in the job market...

What shall I do in order to get a job in this field?
I am desperate.
