I am confused- the Carlyle Group has analyst positions but say it only recruits associates with 2-3 years of experience.
Is it possible to get an analyst position right out of college? Does anyone know of anyone in this position?

Has anyone done it? Gone to Carlyle right after undergrad?
I've never heard of it...

I know several people who have gotten jobs at Carlyle just 1 year out of undergrad from banking.
1 year out of undergrad i believe, but straight is rare if ever.
what kind of benjamins r we talkin
Carlyle hires undergrad in real estate in DC. They don't hire one year of banking into PE. At least 2.
