Carlyle Junior Analyst vs EY-Parthenon vs Microsoft BD

Carlyle fund management junior analyst vs EY-Parthenon associate vs Microsoft Business Development analyst out of undergrad.

Want to exit to investing role in the future. Which one will have better exit opportunities for PE/Growth Equity/VC type roles?

If you are interested in investing, Parthenon for sure. The other two do not lead to investing roles pretty much in 99% of cases (MSFT BD may lead to VC given some possible but unlilkely jumps). Parthenon can lead to solid MM investing roles if you recruit well.
