Case Study for Starwood Capital Asset Management
Hi all-
I have an in person interview with Starwood Capital next week. The role is an Analyst on their Asset Management team covering Office. They mentioned their would be a case study involved. I'm assuming the case study could either be a Core/Core+ acquisition, a value add play, or an opportunistic JV development. Does anyone have a case study that I can use? I'm sure the interview will test a lot of real estate technicals, lots of mental math, anything else I should look out for?
