I have throughly used CBD oil. First, it contains no THC which means you will NOT get high or stoned. You can have it as droppers, creams, candy, and syringes that are filled with CBD oil. It definitely helps with depression, anxiety, pain relief and a bunch of other beneficial effects. If you haven't tried it, I would recommend it. I can say CBD is pretty much safe and no bad side effects. If you haven't tried it, go to your local vape store and look for it. Also, take note of the dosage. If you have any further questions, please go ahead and ask.

Got my dad hooked on the CBD drops. He's had a slew of surgeries for his back and legs from his glory days of playing rugby. The surgeries removed a significant amount of the prior pain, but left him incredibly immobile and still unable to walk around regularly. He says the CBD helped relax his muscle and joint pain better than any creams or non-prescription pills ever have. The CBD helped him get through all his physiotherapy sessions and now walks around with the stuff at all times. Basically drinks a bottle every time he plays golf.

Just a side note, don't buy 100mg CBD oil in the droppers, I foolishly bought one for $35, I checked out my other vape shop, they had 1500mg for $10 (U.S.D). You just put it under your tongue and wait about 15-30 minutes. Believe me, I know, I used to smoke a lot of pot before, good old times.

If you haven't heard of Rick-Simpson Oil, I would definitely check it out. It is literally the diamond of gems of marijuana oil. It supposedly is a cure for cancer. You should research it.

It will definitely help my good friend, also, it generally available in every state if I am correct. It's not like marijuana. It's contains basically .04 or less of THC. It definitely will help your your insomnia and ADD. If you have any further questions, ask here or send me a PM :)

P.S Finding Rick Simpson Oil is difficult but if you can find it, definitely get it, it will be expensive though. I used to smoke marijuana 11+ years, smoking pot or specifically blunts I know will destroy my lungs.

Lol, CBD is not a scam nor is Rick Simpson oil is a scam.

"Simpson originally created the so-called "Rick Simpson oil" in 2003, when he was diagnosed with a form of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma. Simpson had had success in treating other ailments in the past, and decided to try treating his skin cancer with high-THC cannabis oil. Simpson reportedly read a study by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute which showed cancerous cell regression in mice by using THC, and decided to try it. Simpson allegedly applied the oil to bandages and left them on his cancerous spots for several days - after which the spots allegedly disappeared. And despite his own doctor's refusal to acknowledge the benefits, Simpson began making his oil and proclaiming the benefits."

CBD oil is an extract of Cannabis Indica or Cannabis Sativa, the same plants that grow marijuana when dried. Some claim that CBD oil treats discomfort, decreases anxiety, depression, acne and heart diseases. It is combined into creams or gels, is put into the capsules and taken orally or it can also be rubbed directly on the skin. This oil also has some side effects-

  • depression
  • dizziness
  • low blood pressure
  • insomnia
Looking to gain knowledge from the forums and to share my knowledge as well.

I'd like to see more real research on the use of CBD. Heard a good point about it, "Anything that is strong enough to help you is strong enough to hurt you."

That makes me think of something like Ibuprofen. Seems like a pretty mild anti-inflammatory that can solve all kinds of minor problems. It's great right? True, but if you take it daily long enough, you will destroy your kidneys.

Just because something works and seems mild doesn't mean that it might not be fucking you up behind the scenes. So like I said, would like more data before I start hitting the CBD oil.

My psychiatrist recommended full spectrum CBD oil from Lazarus Naturals. I have been using it, but its pretty light to me.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

You should try Oleo. They make bunch of CBD drink mixes and they're amazing for people with active lifestyles (Coconut mix is on fire).

They have some weird patent on how they process CBD that makes theirs more absorbent and long(er) lasting (= more bang for the buck) than other CBD products. Surprise, it actually works. They also upload all 3rd party testing materials on their website in case you're worried about heavy metal and other toxins.

I've been using it for a month. I usually take it after my runs 4~5 days a week. Sometimes they last 24+ hours, compared to 2~4 hours of the same dosage I've tried from different brands. Absolutely crazy how effective it is. Muscle and joint pains are gone. I barely feel my acid reflux. Downside is it relaxes me too much or makes me feel sleepy if I take it too late in the afternoon.

My good friend started using CBD from a place online called ChillyLabs and said it works amazingly and is way cheaper than most other products you’d find elsewhere. Hope that helps as an option as well
