Heard they do very small diversity class and only really if you did a program. Correct me if I’m wrong, afaik everything is in September otherwise

Just wait until the resume drop in the late summer lol. Keep ur contacts on standby

If I'm a non-target, do I have any chance? Also their site says don't send unsolicited e-mails. How serious is that? Should you not reach out for networking?

Anyone hear back from the non-diversity superday 2 weeks ago?

Are SF and PA on the same timeline? Also, is it frowned upon to recruit for both locations?

I asked a person I spoke to at CVP for advice on an offer decision. I didn't ask explicitly for an expedited process, but to my surprise, they asked internally on my behalf and the process got started that way

They said a good chunk of their intern class for 2022 is full already (they didn't do as much early recruiting in past years, but the process is really moving up for other firms), although they will have their dedicated fall round. A lot of people I know who had offers in the past either missed most of IB recruiting and applied (still extremely smart and qualified), got offers expedited, or were just offered interviews in the spring.

Know of the breakdown? Feels like my target has already had as many sign as they normally do and I’m worried their fall round will be hyper competitive

CVP will pull offers if/when they find out you reneged for them. Friend said someone didn’t get a FT offer despite doing well in the internship because he reneged a lower BB and pissed off the interviewer there

Anyone have insights into what to expect for a first round 30 minute interview?

Technicals, standard behaviorals nothing out of the ballpark

Anyone know when to network/apply on website for NYC? At target (semi-target for Centerview) but wondering

If your school is a target CVP posts on handshake. Otherwise you network and get into the process that way.

Anyone know about their class size/how much of their class is free? Heard they filled up most through diversity/accelerated offers earlier but not sure what to expect.

Does anyone know how soon we should hear back after a superday

Most Helpful

Generalist but they do "restructuring focused" recruiting process at some schools

Anyone have advice for accelerating? Should I contact the general HR email?

Contact any of the bankers you networked with, although I tried accelerating with them with an offer from GS/JPM and they couldn't.

Has your app been reviewed on handshake? They haven't even reviewed mine yet, so idk if they're just slacking or waiting for the deadline

Has anyone from Harvard heard back for a first round for SA 2022?

I asked them at the end of August, and they said that the FT 2022 was already closed.

they’ve been doing accelerated interviewing for a while and they came out yesterday for my target school so probably

Had a phone screen today for RX focused process; said official first rounds targeted for Monday / Tuesday

I think that some people still have first rounds today and tomorrow from the wave of invites sent out last Wednesday, so I wouldn't panic too much since they need to evaluate the remaining candidates and decide who makes it to the SD.

Wouldn’t it be specific by school tho? Are you a target? I’m nervous haha

Ohh I'm a nontarget, that's a different scenario then. Not sure what the timeline is for targets.

Is everyone's 1st round an hour long? Some of my friends who interviewed last year said that theirs were a half hour.
