CFA results tomorrow......
Well, I studied my ass off for 350+ hours for L1. Hit about 80 on mocks (did 7 or 8 or them). Did over 2000 practice questions in addition to mocks.
Walked out of exam feeling like I failed, but really not sure how I did. Guessed on way more than I wanted to. I really have no way to gauge how I did other than I know I didn't train wreck myself on the exam.
So, did anyone of you guys who took and passed this exam walk out feeling like you didn't do so hot, only to find out you passed???? Curious as how others felt.
I studied about ~200 hours for L1 in December. Felt like I bombed the first half and did all right the second half. Walked out feeling like there's a good chance I failed. Ready to see these results tomorrow.
Had a friend take it this last summer who thought he ABSOLUTELY failed and he ended up passing. Interested as well if there are lot more instances like this.
I walked out of all three levels feeling as though I failed, but ended up 3/3 wtih >70 in most sections. The exams are laced with tricky details (especially 2 and 3), so it's hard to feel overwhelmingly confident when you leave. That's just the nature of the beast. Good luck to both of you.
I took L1 in December after 45 hours of studying for 3 days prior to the exam. I left feeling 50/50; didn't really have to guess on too many questions. I never did a mock and very few practice questions so I don't have much to compare it to other than all the other standardized tests I've been trained to do my whole life.
that wasnt a good troll post ceej
Not trolling.... http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/cfa-on-saturday
But I don't recommend what I did and I think I only have a 50/50 shot.
