Chances? - Asian Undergrad with Bad GPA

Hi all,

I have a question about my chances for the top 20 US MBA programs in the future.

I had bad quantitative scores (D+, C from Calculus/Advanced Math) in my undergrad school. I wonder if, after 5 years of working (5 years from now) and scored really high on GMAT (I will start working on it now), can I even, at least, have a chance to get into top 20 US b-schools? I planned to shift to management/strategy consulting in the future.

Profile: 3.1/4.0 GPA, IT Engineering, bad quantitative gpa, 1st rank university in Thailand (it's actually not a bad GPA here - but considering the average GPAs for top US b-schools, it seems really bad), got 4 short-range international scholarships when I was in high school.
Work Experience: Entering PwC Consulting as an associate technology consultant, ex-Microsoft Intern (as a partner account manager)
Age: 20 y/o

Thank you all in advance, I appreciate all your answers.
