Anyone else like to pop in a lipper during class or work? What's the etiquette about doing it in the office? I gotta say, it's a bad habit and I'm trying to quit, but sometimes I just get the urge and take a pinch. How do you guys get away with it?

I start an SA position in May and I don't want to get written up because I'm chewing at my desk.

Maybe try snus? Not sure it delivers the same buzz but is definitely tolerable to gut.

Here's a response I posted back in July in re: the thread "Anyone Dip?":

I highly recommend a relatively new product called "Zyn". They're pouches similar to snus, made in / imported from Sweden, containing nicotine salts derived from tobacco but not containing any actual tobacco. They come in white plastic containers same size and shape as a dip can, are available in a variety of delicious flavors (I'm partial to coffee and cinnamon), and pack either 3 mg or 6 mg of nicotine per pouch (I use 6 mg -- delivers a great buzz even after years of nicotine use). You tuck them in your upper lip and there's no excess salivation -- so no need to carry around a dippy cup or bottle.

Lately I've been exclusively on the Up n Up store brand 4 mg gum from Target, which gives a steadier nicotine release but will probably give me chronic TMJ in a few years.
