Check out the Blind app for career discussions, it's similar to WSO except people discuss total compensation more freely due to greater anonymity. Everyone is verified through their work email and given a randomly generated username. There's also greater representation from tech and other industries besides finance, but there's a solid cluster of discussions about financial careers as well.

Blind's finance forum has been more active recently. Threads are mostly about tech roles in financial firms, a lot of discussion about quant roles Their unique feature is the company forum that is only accessible by employees at certain companies. They claim my company has 1300+ employees on Blind, I see lots of internal gossip there.

Looks like its wanting me to verify my workplace, so I wanted to checkin here before I did that.
Well they say they have a patented technology that encrypts everything from your identity to your posts n comments.
But when you post the company name is 'public'. Soo if you are from a big company then your company name is shown along with your anonymous username.
I guess it would just say "New" if you were from a smaller company.
