Choice of major and recruitment

how would someone with a concentration in international relations with a focus in political economy look in terms of recruiting? With this, I will have taken 5-7 econ classes total and I will have pretty much mastered the Russian language. I feel that this would help since I would like to possibly work in a london office. I could add economics as a double concentration, but is this necessary? Or will international relations alone be fine in terms of BB analyst recruiting.

If it matters, I go to a target school where most major BB banks and some boutique banks recruit. (Not HYPSW though)
