Circular reference in LBO model?

Hi guys:

There's a circular reference in my LBO model's debt/cash flow section, and it's causing a cell to show #VALUE (hence all my forecast years have #Value...). I have already enabled circular reference on my Excel. I know it's this line in my cash/debt waterflow section that's causing me issues becuase if I zero it out, everything works.

Can you guys advise me on how to fix this please? I've already turned on circular reference...

Thanks!

I would probably check again that you have calculations set to automatic and enable interative calcs max 1000
