Citi Chicago Culture

Hoping to get any recent perspectives from the WSO community on the culture in the Citi Chicago office?

Understand its a big boy office with some of the top industry professionals sitting out of there and they are a legit sized office.

Trying to understand what that means from a culture standpoint, facetime, hours, are people generally "nice" or have a hardo vibe? Have no misconceptions about banking, but also have a family so trying to understand what a move to Citi Chicago might mean for my own WLB and ability to just have some level of flexibility.

Curious about pay / comp at the office as well, so welcome any thoughts the monkeys here would have!
