I had one last year for CMO, not sure if it'll be the same but figured I'd share for reference. It was mostly fit - walk me through your resume, why Citi, why CMO, what group of CMO are you interested in, etc. I can't totally remember if there were technicals, but if there were they were very basic (how do the financial statements link, accounting question, What is EV, etc.). They left a good amount of time for me to ask questions to the analyst so make sure you have a good amount of questions prepared.

Had 2 with an associate and a VP. Standard tell me about yourself, why Citi, then jump right into technicals (for the associate), time when you work in team setting, something that not on your resume, then technicals (for the VP). Technical topics include: 3 valuation methods (in depth), EV, valuation multiples, why doesn't certain multiple make sense, Accounting stuff, etc.
