The only reputable site I could only find it on was Amazon's UK website. The reviews for it were not that great. Where did you find it?
bought it the day it came out. really not all that great - there were some funny bits (the ibiza chapter is worth a read) and insightful points, but they were very few and far between. a lot of it is just railing against banks and "the system," with a healthy amount of communist bullshit thrown in. his jokes can get pretty tiring.
ill admit anderson is a gifted writer, but this doesnt even come close to approaching Liars Poker, or even Monkey Business for that matter. supposedly the story is based on his experience, but he doesn't use real names for either people or banks(not even his own), and admits in the preface he took creative license. honestly, i think a lot of it is either incredibly embellished or completely made up.
a shame, bc his column in thelondonpaper was hilarious (but then again, free)
Geraint Anderson is NOT a gifted writer, you idiot.
cityboy worked for dresdner kleinwort in equity research, guy had a blog or something before his book deal. from what i heard, a ton of his stories are actually "what he heard" and 2nd degree experiences both of which were heavily exaggerated for the book.
they guy can write, its just shit, joefish
Maybe he's not a great writer, but he's definitely a lot of fun to hear!

I agree that it is not the ER version of Liar's Poker, by it is humorous, nonetheless.
