Civil DUI offense - do I have to report to FINRA?

I very stupidly got a DUI last night. It was my first one and I have no criminal history. In the state I received the DUI it is considered a CIVIL, not criminal manner. Not even a criminal misdemeanor. All I would normally have to do is pay the fine and I don’t even have to go to the court date if I don’t want to. I’d also have my license revoked and some points off.

I’m planning on hiring a lawyer to help negotiate but do I need to report this to FINRA or my employer? The U-4 states that all felonies and investment related misdemeanors must be reported, but this is just a civil manner.

Im assuming this would show up on future background checks and I would have to disclose at that point.
