Coffee talk with consulting partner

Hi there,

due to a private contact, I secured a coffee talk with a high ranking partner at a consulting firm. Do you guys have any tips on how can I convince him of my person so that he offers to submit my CV? I do not wanna ask him directly.

Second question: What are topics that I can talk about? Of course, about his practice and what his focus is. But are there perhaps questions that are more specific?

Thanks in advance.
