Cold Calling Multifamily Owners
With fully marketed multifamily deals reaching insane pricing lately, I'm curious if anyone is having success cold calling for off-market acquisitions?
I try to make a handful of calls each day and my results have been pretty weak. Most leads tend to fizzle out or eventually get listed. I'm starting to feel that I'm just driving business to brokers at this point. I'd love to hear what's working for others, especially around your script or pitch when you get a mom-and-pop type owner on the phone.
