Hello, first time poster, longtime reader.
My initial question is, I currently am a Collateral Management Associate at an IB, and I am starting to wonder what I can do to take it to the next level. In other words, where else should I look to go.
I have about 2 years experience here and did a two year stint in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management whereas I got my Series 7 and 63. I am looking to get more into the research area of the IB. From my research it seems that since I am in ops, everyone calls it a dead-end. I do not want to end at a dead-end.
Just looking for some info/experiences out there of anyone that has been in this position before.
