College Sports Tier-List

"I swear it upon Zeus that an outstanding runner cannot be the equal of an average wrestler" - Socrates.

We have an abundance of threads discussing why athletes get hired, why sports is an excellent hobby to mention in interviews, and how sports can teach lifelong lessons. with that said, we often gloss over a critical question "Which sports?"

Typically, by the college level, people have specialized into whatever their dad beat them into playing since early childhood, but what if you had the option to pick a 'target sport,' if you will. Which one would you choose?

The two caveats are that everyone's biased towards the sport they played and that the best sport is the favorite among the people hiring you. With that in mind, which game develops the best attitude/disposition for working in finance?

That said, there has to be some basis for comparison, even if it's just noting that most people think football is 'better' than billiards. How do the sports on offer at American schools stack up for the purpose of getting a big fancy job instead of going pro after graduation?

Gotta be a Lacrosse bro from Duke to get into the top firms.
