Community service(NOT INTERNSHIP) at bank good or bad idea?
In currently in high school and I'm forced to do community service. I was wondering if doing my "service time" at a bank would be a good idea. Im not talking about interning or trying to get paid or even trying to network. I aspiring to be a banker one day and I think it would be cool to be around it. Would any bank let me do this? Sorry for the horrible writing, im a math/science guy. I have a list of banks with contact info from this thread
Banks and contact info
was going to give a legit response....then saw the username.
Dude, you have negative points? That's freaking hilarious! If you want to hang out around banks, go for it, but honestly, it sounds like you need to get some friends or a social outlet of some type......
http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/why-do-banks-recruit-at-semi-targ… after that I'm not sure how you will get much help
Also do not personally contact me. PM me next time...because its quite odd...
You should probably check with your parole officer, but working at a for-profit institution isn't sufficient to fulfill "service time". I'm assuming you are being forced by the "state" due to you use of quotes...
ahahahaha
Owned.
i feel bad for you, word of advice, get a new account and never use this one again community service = contributing to your local community= giving back =\=banking
