Joined an allocator job a year ago as analyst and recently got a pay raise but it's significantly less than I expected. Basically inflation adjustment for base and 20% bonus. My base is low 100k. Is this common for allocator type of job? I have 4 years work experience prior to this where I got 10% base raise almost every year so wasn't sure if I'm just not having the right expectation.
