What comp should I expect as a post-MBA Associate, both at a BB and more of a MM-type place. Have ~5 years cumulative of consulting/IB experience in similar industry to what I would be covering in ER.
I got an offer, but I'm concerned that it's basically a high-end undergrad Associate offer... about 100 all-in. They indicated that they could work on this some, but it seems like at least 150k all in is more in line with market these days.
