Company Paid for MBA

I know it's pretty popular to get your MBA at some point in the banking progression, either because it's required or due to the networking opportunity, and was wondering whether or not anyone has heard of any banks offering to pay for their employee's MBA or Masters. If so, do you happen to remember what firms typically do this?
