Comparing Capital, Leverage and RWAs between banks

In this article on Barclays' Markets division, http://news.efinancialcareers.com/uk-en/296782/ti…, I was wondering how points 3,4, and 5 compare to the other major banks (and how the other banks compare to each other)? Does anyone know how I can find out the capital allocation, leverage and RWAs of each bank?

I am not quite sure how these determine exactly the differences in risk taking between banks and how does this link to the VaR the trading operations takes?
