Compelling resume under NDA

I'm currently an analyst at a long-short equity fund, my first buyside job. My boss has started making rumblings about retiring, and I've accordingly been updating the resume, but having trouble coming up with good detail as all of our positions are covered by my NDA. We're a small enough shop that our positions aren't in the news, and the investment team here is small enough that I've been involved in every aspect of most decisions.

How do people make compelling resumes in this type of situation? I have a lot of lines like "Monitored existing investments, building financial models to assess impact of tariff scenarios and capex decisions", "Engaged with management teams and sell-side analysts" etc. Droll stuff. Can't imagine what it would look like if I had two such roles consecutively.
