I've got close to 1 year in WE from B4 Audit and trying to transition into IB? Will any boutiques/MM banks put me in the FT recruiting ring with undergrad/grad students getting ready to graduate? If so, how do I find out which shops do this? I haven't had much luck with coming in off cycle as of late.
