Completely unprepared for a SA Interview at a BB in a couple hours.

I don't know technicals whatsoever. I really screwed up, and I feel horrible because I know there are plenty of prepared people who could have been in my position. Is there a respectful way for me to go about this? Should I just cancel the interview?

Update: The first half was behavioral, which I was prepared for, and the technical second half turned out to be pretty basic stuff about bonds and talking about current market trends. I'm not sure if I'll make it to the superday, but it actually went kind of well. Still, I'm going to learn from this instead of being an idiot again in the future.

Worst thing you can do is give BS answers if you don't have a clue. Just be honest with your interviewer and tell them you're not sure / you dont know. Take this as a learning opportunity and remember the questions for your next interview should you not move on to the next round in this particular process. If your resume was good enough to get this interview, you'll more than likely have others. Keep grinding
