If you own a car, but the gas tank is empty, does that mean you do not own a car? Why do you feel the need to not disclose the account? When it comes to this stuff, it's better to just comply even if it feels stupid.
+1. How is this even a question and why would you not. I'm not sure why you would need the internet to figure this out. When it comes to compliance, best to err on the side of caution or it will be a pain in the ass later.
