Complicated Transfer and Thoughts on 4+1 Programs

I'm starting my third year at a non-target UC (UCSB, UCSD, UCI)  and have resigned to the reality that I'm most likely not getting an IB internship next summer. I am a pretty decent athlete and planning on redshirting my third year and trying to use my athletic eligibility to either transfer after this coming year or use it in some capacity for business school. Here's what those situations look like:

Undergrad Transfer: After the completion of my junior year I would transfer to a target school. Due to the credits transfer, I would end up doing five years of undergrad (graduating in 2023 instead of 2022). This would allow me to do another round of summer analyst recruiting at a target with a reset GPA and a good amount of experience. Is it worth the transfer to get another cycle of summer internships, or should I just wait it out at my school and apply full time after graduation?

Business School Admissions: Although this is not very common it is most defiantly possible that after undergrad I can use my year of eligibility to get priority admissions to most graduate programs. The other possibility is doing a 4+1 program where I would be using a similar trick but I would not have to transfer in undergrad and allow me to finish both degrees quite rapidly. Due to the NCAA rules, I have 5 years to complete my four years of eligibility so I would have to go directly from undergrad to grad school. I know this breaks the typical IB path as I would get my MBA before any analyst work and am unsure if this will only make life more difficult. Is this a good idea and how common are 4+1 programs?
