Considering leaving London Asset Manager for MSc Artificial Intelliegnce
Hi,
I'm currently in a front office graduate role at a large London based buy-side firm. I am enjoying the role and the opportunities for progression are good. However I find there to be a lack of desire to be at the forefront of progressions in AI/advances in tech. Being relatively young and fresh from academia I am considering going back to learn more about Artificial Intelligence.
This would be with a view to returning to buy side after in a more AI/Quant focused front office investment role. Potentially in the US or UK.
Thoughts on making these steps? Particularly interested to hear from those with AI/Quant roles or backgrounds and equally those involved in all things AI/Finance related.
Thanks,
Op
