Construction Manager seeking MSRED

I've been in construction management for about 8 years in the Boston area and looking to get more into the development side. Thinking about pursuing an MSRED to help the transition. Anyone have any input on which programs would be a better fit; NYU, Columbia, MIT, Baruch?

MIT>Columbia>>>NYU Schack and I didn't even know that Baruch had a program. MIT should be your target especially if you want to stay in Boston. It's a small class though and competitive.

Please don't quote Patrick Bateman.

Whats your end goal? For Columbia, there is a development heavy focus. This means a courseload that includes zoning regulations, brownfield remediation, and architectural elements. Althought the MIT is an MSRED, i believe the strong technical influence of MIT's curriculum may lead to a future in real estate finance. NYU has the network that may lead to development and finance.
