consulting background check - need advice
Hi, I have a question that cannot find answer anywhere or bring it directly to anyone, I hope someone in the forum can help me out. I made a stupid mistake during college more than 5 years ago, and ended up with 2 charges (false ID & false report to officer - considered as misdemeanor). However, the charges were Dismissed (also, no jail time). Would this negatively affect my chance of employment at major consulting firms (MBB, Accenture, etc.)? I've heard that some banks might interpret this as "moral turpitude" under FDIC regulation and withdraw employment offer.
I'd greatly appreciate any advice!
Dismissed as in pre-trial diversion or as in the charges were dropped? If you were found not guilty or the charges were never brought in court I don't see it as an issue.
Et minima rem ut voluptatibus. Ut vel culpa blanditiis in ea. Vero voluptatem ut ipsam atque quo enim est quidem.
